I recently stayed at Hyacinth Pension for a two-night trip to Tongyeong. While the view from the bay-facing rooms is lovely and there’s a charming coffee shop and gift store just down the hill, the condition of the property fell well below what was advertised. We rented a “Deluxe Duplex,” and sadly saw visible water damage, the bathroom was damp with long term mold and a rotting door. The steep internal staircase had no handrail, and the sleeping mezzanine had no accessible light switch—an issue at night. Guests should also be aware that there’s no lift, so luggage must be carried up the stairs if you’re staying on a higher floor. The host seemed kind and well-meaning, but the property needs attention and a more accurate listing to reflect its current state. This may suit some travelers looking for basic accommodation, but I’d advise reviewing recent photos before booking—especially if safety, hygiene, and accessibility are priorities.

주인분들 두분다 친절하시고 밤에 야경도 좋구 아침에 바다바람 맞으면 가벼운 산책 좋아요^^ 좀 아쉬운점은 자전거 상태 커플 자전거 없다는거~~

차량으로 이동하지 않으면 도심은 물론 주변지역도 관광할 수 없슴. 숙소 근처 도보로 이동해서 산책할만한곳은 없네요...저렴해서 이용은하는데...엘리베이터도 없고 4층꼭대기까지 오르락 내리락하느라 힘듬.층간 방음전혀 안됨.

오션뷰가 예쁜 펜션^^

2박 3일간 예약한 펜션.... 밤늦게 도착했음에도 주인 부부 내외분께서 친절하게 도와주셔서 첫인상이 참 좋았습니다. 매번 게스트 하우스만 이용하다 펜션은 처음이었는데 게스트 하우스랑은 약간 다른 느낌이더군요..ㅎㅎㅎ 일단 예약한 방에 대한 첫인상은 무척이나 좋았습니다. 바로 앞에 해변이 보여서 무척이나 좋았어요... 근데 엄마가 욕실에 씻으러 들어가셨다가 놀라서 나오시더라고요 무슨일인가 봤더니 헐....제 손만한 지네가 욕실에서 빠르게 기어 다니더군요.. 순간 놀라서 멈칫했다가 남동생이 신발로 계속 밟아서 죽였어요.... 전 그거 변기에 내렸구요....엄마가 그 이후로 찝찝하다며...어디서 뭐가 나올 줄 알겠나며 무섭다고 하시더라구요...ㅡㅜ 첫인상을 이렇게나 망가뜨린.... 거기다 객실 와이파이가 안잡혔어요...제 핸드폰만 그런게 아니라 다들 안잡히더라고요 객실 와이파이로 연결했는데 인터넷 연결이 정확하지 않아 안된다고 느낌표만 계속...ㅡㅜ 그래서 다른 방 와이파이 안잠겨 있어서 그거 썼네요....ㅡㅜ 그외에는 다른 나쁜 점은 없었지만... 첫날부터 지네와 와이파이 콤비에 별로 좋지 않았네요... 그외 로비에 커피머신이라던가(유료) 자전거 대여 및 앞마당에서 고기도 구워 먹을 수 있고 수도시설 및 정수기도 있어서 그런점은 좋았어요... 바닷가 옆이라 날파리 등은 어쩔 수 없는 점 알고 있지만 정말 지네는 충격적이었어요 ㅠㅠ 배수관으로 올라온건지 모르겠지만...이런점은 개선됐으면 좋겠어요

객실이 너무 깨끗했어요 복층이라 아이들이 너무 좋아했고 전망도 좋았어요 침구도 막 세탁했는지 뽀송했구요 그러나 음식을 해먹기에는 조금 좁아요 바베큐는 주차장 옆에 따로 장소가 마련되어 있었지만 저희는 사용하지 않았어요 전체적으로는 좋았습니다

사장님이 너무 친절하셔서 덕분에 잘 머물다 갑니다! 차가 없으면 다소 불편할 수 있지만, 바로 앞에 버스정류장도 있고 택시타고 시내까지 한 15분정도라 큰 무리 없을 것 같아용! 테라스도 있고 뷰도 좋습니다~

While the location of this hotel is a little out of the way for public transportation, it makes up for it with it's clean comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. They were very accommodating and falling to sleep with the sea breeze is a major plus.

바다와 거제대교가 바로 보이는 전망이 좋았고 사장님이 좋으셨어요. 한가지 엘리베이터가 없어서 계단으로 다니는 것이 불편했어요. 그래도 다시 가서 지내고 싶네요.

통영사람이 추천하는 통영 펜션!

복층형 방에 머물렀는데 일층 거실에서는 친구들이랑 놀고 티비도 보며 라면도 끓여 먹기 좋았습니다 또 2층에서는 침대에서 편안하게 잘 수 있었어요! 특히 바베큐 장에서 고기,새우 구워 먹었는데넘 맛있었어요! 바비큐장이 야외가 아니라 실내에 있어서 겨울이라 걱정했는데 따뜻하게 잘 먹고 너무 편안하게 즐기다 갑니다^^ 사장님이랑 사모님도 너무 친절하셔서 넘 좋았습니다!!

만족스러웠습니다.

시내에서 좀 벗어난 지역이라 한적하고 조용하니 좋았으며, 통영시 자체가 그리 크지가 않아서 시내쪽으로도 거리가 그리 멀지 않아서 이동하기에도 전혀 불편하지 않음. 객실이 사진보다는 조금 작았지만, 깔끔하니 전망도 좋고 만족스럽게 2박을 지내고 왔습니다.
