Good Hotel

We spent two nights at Tønderhus, a good hotel, friendly personel., good breakfast. We did not have dinner in the restaurant. The hotel as such is a bit oidfashioned and is without a bar. Our Rom was OK with good beds but with a somewhat “oldish” odeur, it helpen to open the window, though.

I booked a superior room and was not told that I would have to carry my suitcase down a flight of stairs. No offer was made to assist. The check in person did not make me feel welcome.

Værelset pænt og rent. Sengene meget bløde. Kun få kanaler på TV, men til gengæld lå biografen lige bag hotellet😊 Personalet var venlige. I salen hvor man kunne drikke eftermiddagskaffe og spise morgenmad var det svært at finde et bord hvor der var ryddet af og uden krummer og kaffe ringe.

Dejligt ophold med meget fin service fra et venligt personale. Fint, stort værelse. Jeg synes, de skulle ofre nogle bedre dyner og hovedpuder. I Danmark forventer man dundyner på et godt hotel.

Meget mørkt og trist. Kun udestue/ reataurant fint. Nedslidt . Bestilte en PLANKE anretning men den blev serveret på e gsmmeldags serv. bakke. Andre fik en flot anrettet træplanke. Vores mad var smidt rundt på den bakke. Desuden msnglede 2 af de nævntd tibg fra menukort. Ved udtjek afleverer vi nøgle til en MEGET MORGENSUR ansat. Det eneste hun sagde var spidst TAK.

Pris og kvalitet passer ikke sammen

Værelset levede på ingen måde op til de billeder der er på siden, slidt, trist og absolut ingen hygge på værelset, afspejler på ingen måde prisen. Vi spise i restauranten og kommenterede på den meget beskidte dug fra gæsterne før os, hvor til personalet bare sagde ja den er beskidt og gjorde ikke noget ved det. Maden var virkelig dårlig med tør kylling og en risotto der nok egentlig bare var udkogte ris. Morgenmaden var fin, der manglede ikke noget.
