Nice old-style hotel with new upgrades. Breakfast is good and you can have dinner there as well. Easy to walk to restaurants and nearby shopping. Parking is a bit hard to attain, especially if you don't have a compact car. Full size cars are hard to park in the area. Try to avoid summertime if you require AC, as the rooms I've stayed in don't have AC. This is the only downside.

We spent two nights at Tønderhus, a good hotel, friendly personel., good breakfast. We did not have dinner in the restaurant. The hotel as such is a bit oidfashioned and is without a bar. Our Rom was OK with good beds but with a somewhat “oldish” odeur, it helpen to open the window, though.

Vi følte os velkomne fra starten - stor ros til det skønne personale. Værelset var godt. Der var det, der skulle være - inklusiv en ekstra hovedpude til dem (læs:mig), der gerne vil sove højt med hovedet. Morgenmaden var lækker - især min mand var begejstret, da han opdagede, at der var vaffeljern og tilhørende dej.
