“Staff over telephone was helpful and friendly to deal with Room was smokey smelling and definitely older style. There were two used wine glasses not cleaned on bench and the plastic glasses in fridge were older looking and not fresh to use looking. The room had a television that did not work, we were told about this but after we had paid the accommodation at full price. Bed was comfortable and able to sleep in.”

“Paid resort style prices for a 2 bedroom Villa off season, in a remote location for a cabin with rooms you could not move around in. We had to shuffle around the beds like a small caravan. No room to turn in the bathroom. Marks all over the walls and mould on the blind. I had to park my car at reception as the park has turned 90% of their units into live in accomodation, and I could not drive my car down the appropriate driveways to the unit as garbage, rubbish and old broken cars blocked...
