“Perfect place for a romantic winter getaway. Stunning grounds, great room with lovely views, the lodge was cozy and the food was great - the breakfast in particular was amazing. Dinner was expensive but it didn’t disappoint and convenient onsite. No TV in the room but no need with the cozy fireplace. Bed was comfortable with nice linen. “I got bed bugs from this place. After waking up after the first day I noticed red bumps on my feet and ankles. I thought maybe it was from a reaction from somewhere else. Put lotion on and they started to go away. Then after the second night, I woke up with far worse bites. When pulling back the sheets I then discovered black dots all along the foot of the bed in the sheets and red like little bugs.
