Relatively inexpensive in a great central location. The hotel needs a major refurbishment, but if you are willing to overlook its aging condition, it is a good buy. Front desk staff was very kind and competent.

The staff members are friendly specially the servers during breakfast. However, the building itself is not very well taken care of, there are cracks which just looked patched up, it's not very clean, and the sheets were smelly. Also, there were no toiletries, so you have to go out of your way to buy those. Although the location is quite convenient, I wouldn't book this hotel again.

The interior is lovely. The location is perfect to visit the botanical gardens as well as several museums. The glass elevator goes up six floors with a view down over the breakfast area. The desk staff and porters were all very nice.

I liked the location of the Hotel San Francisco l. It was close enough to the Plaza without all the noise. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast and will stay there again the next time I go to Toluca.

Nice, good location

For the price it was a 7/10. The building is run down and older but everything was very clean. They definitely clean everything well. I liked that they have smart TVs. That was a plus. We did have an issue trying to leave bags before check in. Once we talked to a manager that issue was resolved. The lobby area is nice and location is great. You can walk to the cathedral and the shops nearby. They have a good bakery in the corner.
