El hotel tiene buena comida, la atención del personal es buena, las áreas de oportunidad son; Elevado el costo por habitación normal, entiendo por temporada alta, pero elevado. Internet muy lento a nulo, en iPads, celulares, lap y TV Servicio muy tardado, incluso a veces después de varias solicitudes no llegaba. Como cerveza en la alberca en todo el día no llego. Tapón de regadera se pidió y tardo mucho en llegar y no sirvió, se pidió apoyo y nunca mandaron a nadie a instalarlo. Se pidieron nuggets a la habitación y llevaron dos órdenes. Agua de alberca de niños helada. Mucho cloro cuando se está utilizando en la mañana.
