El hotel es cómodo, tranquilo y relativamente cerca de Valle de Bravo, disfrute mucho el desayuno, muy recomendable de acuerdo al precio de mercado.

Al llegar al hotel, no estaba notificada mi reservación y al no convenir a mis intereses no me quedé. Estuve llamando al teléfono de expedia y a las siete de la noche me tuvo una grabación más de media hora al teléfono y jamás me contestaron. espero que no me hagan ningún cobro a mi tarjeta, y de verdad tienen un pésimo servicio expedia y todas las agencias que tienen copados los hoteles de cualquier lugar. No quiero usar esas agencias ya.

Very welcoming hosts. They helped us set up a personalized tour of the butterfly migration. All was taken care of. So very helpful. Family atmosphere. The breakfast was hearty and delicious and while not included, it was reasonably priced. The hotel is distant from the main town, but the charm of being in nature was worth the distance.

Poco espacio para describir mis inconformidades.

Las camas son un simple colchón sobre una plancha de concreto. Las sábanas de ínfima calidad y no se ajustan al colchón, por lo que al menor movimiento la cara hace contacto directo con el colchón. Los jabones son muy pequeños y de la peor calidad (de hotel de paso) No hay siquiera forma de tomarse una café de grano por las mañanas (sólo nescafé). El personal de recepción muy amable, pero no está capacitado para resolver problemas. Finalmente, a pesar de haber garantizado mi reservación con una tarjeta de crédito, me exigieron hacer un depósito previo a una cuenta bancaria; entonces ¿para qué piden los datos de la tarjeta? Obviamente mi estancia en este hotel fue "debut y despedida"

Las habitaciones muy rústicas y había muchos insectos, pero el resto del hotel muy bien, grandes jardines bien cuidados, lugar adecuado para visitar con niños pequeños

Un lindo hotelito a 13 kms del embarcadero

Es un hotel muy lindo Tiene bellos jardines y una piscina templada Es recomendable para familia con niños interesados en la piscina O con amigos que deseen relajarse No tiene wifi ni tv con cable Como detalle prenden la chimenea pero uno paga la leña ( 100) lo cual es agradable No dan factura y al pagar con tarjeta te quieren cobrar 3 % No hay que dejarse La segunda sección está lejos de la piscina y no a recomendable Si no llevan coche no es nada recomendable ya que está a 13 kms de la ciudad

Excelente servicio e instalaciones lindas

Excelente trato, son super amables y atentos,el lugar es super lindo por sus areas verdes, el cuarto estaba lindo y muy limpio,el agua muy calientita y suficientes cobijas para el clima. La tele funcionaba muy bien. La ubicación es perfecta ya sea para el centro de valle de bravo o amanalco, es económico, la comida es rica, el servicio es muy atento,estacionamiento seguro y tiene un paisaje muy lindo. Sin duda alguna regresaria.

la habitación de mala calidad

Valle de Bravo un lugar bonito para disfrutar en familia, pero mala la habitación del hotel ya que en relación precio - servicio muy caro, ya que las bases de las camas son de concreto asi como la cabecera, siendo peligroso para niños pequeños que cuando duermen se mueven demasiado y los colchones de muy mala calidad amanece uno adolorido, no tiene servicio de CUNA, en términos generales muy mala la habitación.
