Pondría una puerta corrediza en el baño. Haría un espacio de lobby bar para que los huéspedes pudieran tener algo que hacer más allá de la habitación. También extrañamos el room service después de las 8pm o por lo menos algo para comprar después de esa hora. La alberca estaba extremadamente sucia para pensar usarla.

En la página web anuncian que la estancia incluye amenidades de cortesía en el minibar. Cuando llegamos, lo vimos vacío, preguntamos y nos dijeron que ya no ponen nada desde hace unos meses. Las instalaciones del Spa no estaban en funcionamiento. La cereza del pastel: en el restaurante claramente escuché que en la mesa de atrás de mí, había unas personas de España reclamando que les intentaron cargar platillos extra en la cuenta. Cuando terminé mi consumo y me trajeron la cuenta, pasó lo mismo. Llegó el mesero diciendo "el total fue X" y con la terminal lista para recibir mi tarjeta antes de revisar la cuenta. Cuando revisé la cuenta, teniá consumos "fantasma" que tuve que pedirle que quitara. Definitivamente eso me hizo sentir mucha desconfianza. Fuera de eso, el hotel es bonito. Todo como se ve en las fotos. Tuvimos habitación con jacuzzi y su temperatura estaba riquísima. La cama y las batas muy ricas también.
