The personal in the hotel are very friendly they give us recommendation of activities that we can make around there. I love the balcony having breakfast in the morning was perfect.

They were extremely nice! They told us where to go, hours, times and even activities to do around town. We met the owner and she was great as well as the gentleman that cares for the property at night, GREAT JOB!

Staff was helpful and friendly but I did not see any mention of being across the street from a night club whose music was as loud as they could get it and it went on until 3:30 AM. It started on Thursday, then Friday and I checked out Sat for another hotel even though I was booked for 2 more nights

Too bad I can't upload a photo. But the shower hot faucet had a sign that read: "wait 5 to 10 minutes" Cannot believe this--what a water waste!!! Property owners should deal with this! It's immoral to allow such waste!

Buena ubicación, limpieza y amabilidad. Lo único que no me agradó fue que la habitación con balcón al estar pegado a la calle se escuchaban muchos ruidos de carros y motocicletas desde muy temprano.

Excelente estadía. Ubicación excelente y las instalaciones y el cuarto muy limpio. Un poco ruidoso y había poco papel higiénico, y había que estar pidiendo. Pero el personal super amable y atento.

No recomiendo para nada este hotel. La experiencia fue muy mala desde la primera noche. Es imposible dormir por el escándalo constante en las habitaciones vecinas; se escucha absolutamente todo. Llamé a recepción para pedir apoyo y la respuesta fue totalmente indiferente: “es lo que hay” fue prácticamente lo que me dijeron, como si eso solucionara algo. Un hotel que no ofrece descanso y que además tiene un servicio tan poco profesional simplemente no vale lo que cuesta. No volvería y no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Las habitaciones son lindas, pero el colchón y almohadas son como de los peores hoteles. El ruido que entra de fuera es excesivo, la TV no funcionaba y el personal no aviso de esto sino hasta que estábamos instalados

Me agrado mucho cercanía al centro, acceso fácil a cajeros y tiendas.... el único pero que puedo ponerle es que el colchón que nos toco de la habitación 4 estaba horrible de sentía muy incomodo y no pudimos descansar bien ojalá pronto puedan ser renovados
