La puntuación de la plataforma no corresponde al nivel del hotel. Lo que hizo que no lo calificará como malo, fue por la excelente atención y servicio por parte del mesero (señor de pelo canoso) y por la comida que es muy rica. No se dejen engañar con las habitaciones que tienen vista a la presa, ya que para "disfrutar" de la vista tienes que tener la puerta abierta, son habitaciones sencillas y es increíble que no tenga malla mosquitera, la única ventanilla que existe para poder ventilar el cuarto.

Hotel estilo medieval con excelente ubicación. Cuenta con alberca techada climatizada, kayaks ( no incluido en el precio), mesas de billar y pin pon. Personal altamente amable, atento y servicial. Restaurante y habitaciones con vista al lago. Tiene amplio estacionamiento y queda muy cerca del corazón de Valle. Restaurante con poca clientela habré jueves medio día y todo el día viernes a Domingo. No respeta los precios del menú y nos sirvieron frijoles refritos, muy secos con aspecto de tener muchas cocciones. Fue caro para lo que nos sirvieron.

La habitación es sencilla, necesita mantenimiento, pero la cama es cómoda. El costo del restaurante ojalá y pueda ser más accesible porque está por arriba de los precios del restaurantes fuera y es una lástima porque la arquitectura es muy bonita, pero ese fue el detalle de porque no desayuné ahí.

La arquitectura muy interesante sin duda, pero creo requiere trabajos de remodelación en los baños por ejemplo, azulejos, canceles y llaves viejos. No se nos antojó usar la ducha por lo mismo. Habia cabellos en el piso a nuestra llegada por lo cual la higiene no es tan buena. En la parte superior habia una cama pequeña que espero nadie use porque era un colchón igual muy viejo y desagradable. Falta un poco de orden en la alberca con las velas en el techo siente uno estar en una bodega. El personal super amable.

El personal de recepción muy amable, gente que sabe la importancia de la atención al cliente. El hotel no ofrece servicio de hielos, por lo que cobran deberían tener estas cosas básicas. Si vas a buscar descanso, no es el lugar ideal, pues los colchones está bastante incomodos, los mencionan como memory pero son de esos colchones que parecen colchonetas, super incomodo, duele la espalda. Si llevas tus bebidas solo las puedes tomar en el cuarto a pesar de que tienen mesas en el jardín no te dejan beberlas ahí aunque ellos como hotel no tienen servicio. Lo cuál me pareció bastante mal, hubiera estado agradable que como cliente pudieras bajar una copa de vino en una copa de plástico y disfrutar del paisaje, pero no. Hay mejores hoteles que si saben tratar al cliente y más cómodos.
