Llegué a las 6 de la noche, mi habitación estaba SUCIA!!! la cama deshecha el cuarto olía feo, todo lo que me ofrecieron fue un desayuno de cortesía y que esperara hasta que limpiaran la habitación, que según todos las otras habitaciones ya estaban ocupadas así que no me ofrecieron otra. No tienen estacionamiento proprio pero te dicen que puedes quedarte en uno publico “cerquita” que está a 10 minutos caminando. No es tan cerca en especial si traes muchas maletas. La atención del personal fue terrible y ni siquiera se esforzaron por ayudar. Un desayuno de cortesía y “una disculpa”? Arruinaron mis planes para aquella noche. Terminé por quedarme en otro lugar a 10 minutos mucho mejor y LIMPIO. No lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo.

Recomendable, la ubicación es sensacional

En términos generales, muy bien, el único detalle, es que el miércoles en la noche un antro vecino le subió el volumen a la música, no se si esto sea lo común los fines de semana.

Limpio y céntrico

El hotel es bueno, limpio, bien ubicado en el centro de Metepec y amigable con el medioambiente. Los empleados amables. Deberían tener algún empleado que ayude con el equipaje ya que no hay elevador.
