The accommodations are big, the space fantastic and cleaning the facilities like a air conditioner and television works well and the bathroom contain the basic kits to support the guests

Air conditioning and fan was not working. The only person I saw at desk front for check in was not friendly and after that there was literally nobody there to help. There was not security at all. Gate was open and front desk empty. Again the front desk person was rude at kids that were only playing at noon asking them not to be noisy, but since nobody was there after check in a group of customers were partying really loud and drinking until 3 am, but there were nobody in front desk to help customers. Terrible experience, the worst ever.

No usamos la reservación ya que no cuentan con espacios para discapacidad y hay que subir 3 pisos con una persona sin movilidad, pedimos recámaras con dos camas matrimoniales y solo tenían cama Quin sice. No era nada de lo que solicité

En general me parece buena opción si es viaje de trabajo, no está habilitado para ser hotel de turismo por lo que si se desea un descanso en áreas fuera de la habitación, no tiene muchas opciones. Si es viaje de trabajo, el internet es fantástico y la limpieza de los cuartos impecable. Está en la avenida principal con excelentes opciones de conexión y amplio estacionamiento. Muy buena atención del personal que labora.

El ubicación y el estado de la propiedad me parece bueno pero lo malo es que no tienen personal suficiente para atender al huesped, sus terminales para las tarjetas de crédito no funcionan, y si pagas en efectivo no tienen la posibilidad de entregarte un recibo. Cabe destacar que la única persona que te atiende es un guerrero!!! Tiene una actitud de servicio increíble, es atento, servicial y da todo de si (me parece que esa persona es de seguridad). Ojala puedan contratar a alguien que pueda ayudarle a sus tareas.

Centro de convenciones

El hotel está bien cuidado y muy limpio, pero estaá preparado como centro de capacitacion y convenciones para alumnos y maestros de universidades y por lo mismo no hay servicio de cafeteria, ni room service si no vas en un grupo grande, ni siquiera un lugar cerca para comprar un café. Cuenta con una maquina expendedora de bebidas frias y otra de botanas y galletas. El personal se esforzó por ayudarnos en todo, como conseguirnos una secadora de cabello, pedirnos taxi (si no llevas carro lo necesitas para todo), e incluso buscarnos otro hotel porque no hay elevador y yo uso bastón . El gerente muy atento nos alojó en la suite de PB con la misma tarifa de la habitación doble que teníamos reservada. Valle de Bravo es en verdad un pueblo mágico y vale mucho la pena conocerlo

El lugar se ve solitario pero está bien, me quedé con mi familia por un evento cercano al lugar pasamos una noche ahí pero todo bien las camas son cómodas y el lugar es muy silencioso y tranquilo
