Great breakfast including Lavazza coffee! Appreciated a water bottle refilling station near the workout room. Comfortable overnight rooms. Really appreciated the hooks to hang up coats and the open shelving to makes sure we didn't leave anything when we left. Loved that there wasn't carpeting! There was a dirty towel left in our room hanging behind the bathroom door and the shampoo was empty in the shower. We were able to go to the front desk and they brought us more. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

We stayed a whole week and they never once cleaned our room. We had to inquire about fresh towels and toilet paper refill. Room was small, no coffee maker, very noisy when persons were above us in third floor room. The shower had missing and moldy caulking. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend

Bathroom floor had not been cleaned in ages. Nail clippings on floor. Landed up wiping it down myself using a towel and some cleaning from housekeeping cart. Won’t stay at a Tru property again. Way too expensive even if it was clean.

The rooms are modern, the staff were friendly, and its conveniently located off of I-75. There are plenty of dining iptions within minutes of the hotel. Will definitely book again.

staff was super friendly and welcoming. Initial thought was the lobby has a slight smell of wet dog to it. Later found they allow dogs and a gentlemen who claimed he has a service dog was in the lobby. No way it was a service dog. The dog jumped on my kids and myself and people laughed like it was the norm. Room was nice but also had dog hair and floors felt like they just needed a good cleaning. Hotel room cleaner was sleeping in the lobby when we returned on Saturday night. A little weird to be watching basketball in the lobby and having pizza with your kids softball team while a guy is out cold at the table next to you.
