Pontos positivos: Instalações e limpeza.Pontos negativos: wi-fi ruim (nao conectava no quarto), alguns canais da TV com ruído alto, estacionamento descoberto. Serviços: só havia 1 toalha de banho , ao entrar no quarto cartão magnetico nao funcionou (erro da recepção), quarto "mais silencioso" não era tão silencioso, foi no primeiro andar e perto da piscina.

Poderia ser melhor, quase perfeito..

Hotel é bom, café da manhã ótimo, estacionamento deixou a desejar mais por falta de bom senso dos outros hóspedes, quarto carente de uma higienização melhor e vedação acústica. Localização boa e atendimento ótimo. Porém é que havia um evento de arrancadão na cidade, pena que a maioria ainda não respeita o direito ao silêncio a partir das 22:00 até às 6:00. Café da manhã - serviço poderia iniciar mais cedo em casos de concursos públicos para evitar aglomeração. Falta de álcool gel no interior do elevador e normativa para o uso do mesmo.

Estadia para se esquecer...

A informação sobre "medidas aprimoradas de saúde e segurança" não condiz com a realidade. Todos os atendentes de checkin/checkout não utilizavam máscara (ao longo de todos seus turnos de trabalho e por dois dias!!). Em dois dias de estadia não observamos QQ tratamento especial para segurança sanitária, por parte dos funcionários. Pessoal despreparado para este tipo de exigência. Então sugiro retirarem essa informação que pode levar futuros hóspedes a uma escolha equivocada de lugar para se hospedar (como no nosso caso). O quarto em que ficamos havia uma crosta de poeira sobre armários/prateleiras, como estávamos com material de limpeza em nossas bagagens, fizemos a limpeza. Certamente não retornaremos nesse local. Consideramos um desrespeito e não reclamamos no momento da estadia porque estava com família, pois poderia virar um bate boca e dificilmente seria melhor resolvido que nós mesmos fazendo a limpeza. Estadia para se esquecer...
