Atendimento e estrutura excelentes. Infelizmente a localização do nosso quarto (114) não foi das melhores. Muito barulho de cadeira arrastando etc. Acredito que por ficar muito próximo ao refeitório ( logo acima). No mais, o atendimento, localização e estrutura são muito boas.

Reclamação construtiva.

Minha estadia foi bem razoável, de cara pedi uma pizza de fora pq o restaurante não estava atendendo devido a pandemia até ai td bem, assim que chegou minha pizza que fui buscar na portaria do hotel, não foi me oferecido talher pelo hotel. Cheguei no quarto, a tv ficava bem distante da cama e era minúscula, o ar condicionado barulhento .Pela manhã acordei cedo para resolver uns assuntos no centro antes de sair do hotel, qua do voltei minha esposa estava bem insatisfeita pois as camareiras que estavam arrumando os outros quartos estavam mais falando alto ( o que acordou ela e meu filho de 3 anos) do que arrumando o quarto pelo jeito...a unica coisa boa foi o check out que o atendente da recepção foi bem gentil...espero ter ajudado para a melhoria da qualidade deste hotel...

Hotel com uma ala nova, tudo limpo e novo. Café da manhã deixou a desejar, pois vários itens tinham acabado e não repuseram e as roupaa de banho podem ser melhores. Localização excepcional.

Hotel de localização conveniente.

Local calmo, o café da manhã é bom. O quarto limpo, com toalhas limpas e um chuveiro bom. A localização é muito boa, com fácil acesso e próximo dos locais de interesse, como teatro municipal e centro da cidade.
