This small hotel is great value for money and in a super location to explore the old town. The staff on reception were superb.Surrounded by plenty of places of interest and bars and restaurants. Near to the start point for tourist bus and town train with easy taxi and bus access.

Great location to see the old town areas. Getting into the hotel initially was more than challenging as the car GPS route had a very significant road closure. It refused to reroute and we drove around and around the area finding no way in. Finally just parked, got a map and walked. Hotel was fine and quiet at night.

When I booked it, I was not very aware that it is the best location in Toledo! Walking distance to everything. Most of all, taxi comes right to the hotel door. Delicious eating in the plaza next to it. Tons of little stores nearby, including grocery store. The hotel is very clean and nice. Surely that the remodeling was recent - everything looks quite new. Amazing that in this old building, there is a great, modern elevator. So convenient! Our double bedroom was very spacious. The only worry: getting into the shower may be dangerous, as it's built above the bath tube, which is high and slippery, and there are no handles to support help yourself.

A great little find right at the top of the escalator up from the Bus station, and right on the edge of the compact little medieval city that is Toledo. Everything you need for an overnight stay - and some Roman ruins in the hotel lobby as well !

Great location!

Great location in the center of Toledo old town. Walking distance to almost everything except train station. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Hotel is very simple but clean. No fridge, no coffee machine and no kettle in the room. No breakfast since there is no in house restaurant. If you have luggage, please take bus or taxi from the train station instead of climbing up like we did. Taxi was very cheap, only 6-8 euros one way. Will stay again if come back to Toledo.
