One of the best hotel we stayed in. Close to areas that you can walk to. Staff is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast buffet was really good too. Free pajamas delivered to you room by a robot is a plus. Next to family mart!

The hotel was very modern, environmentally conscious, and was in a good location for travel. Close to the train and subway stations. Centrally located in Ginza and near many ships and restaurants. Easily walkable. Check in and out were very simple. The rooms had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

The amenities were way too basic. Also, it’s unbelievable that the delivery robots occupy the elevators, making guests feel like they are in the way—this really needs to stop. On the bright side, the staff were wonderful! The hotel is also new and has a very creative vibe.

Everything was good but we had bed bugs in our room which made the first couple of days very uncomfortable. The staff was quick to act and give us another room. I think it was quite hot and the aircon kept defaulting to 22 degrees even after we set it to 20 so we woke up quite a few times in the middle of the night sweating (esp. July when it's hot). All in all, we didn't really enjoy the stay as much as we'd like, however, the place was always clean, friendly staff, and super close to the train station.
