Great location and nice staff. Kenji was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. One of the females tried to give directions, but they were not clear or wrong both times. Would recommend. Would stay there again.

Really fun hotel - right by Shujuku station, close to the National Garden. Only a few minutes walk from the Observation floor of the government building with stunning views of Tokyo. Airport Limousine will drop you off very close by, to both Narita and Haneda. Lots of places to eat very close by.

The hotel was very clean with a nice big open sitting area across from the lobby. The morning coffee station with the mini croissants was awesome. Smoking room on the first floor very well located. Hotel was in a fantastic location. There are many convenience, stores and restaurants close by. The area felt very safe and the staff were very friendly and spoke English. I booked the smallest room available. It was efficient super clean and did the job for a quick 3 nights in Shinjuku. Thank you

Clean room close to all the train stations. Has a drug store next door that’s open 24 hours if you need anything as well. Convenient location with staff that can hold English conversation pretty well. There’s free face wash / cream, toothbrush+paste, hair brush or comb, bath towel and such. Just be aware the space is small but this is typical for a Tokyo room

A unique feel to this hotel, which made it a welcome change to the usual chain hotels. The lounge area was a nice touch, perfect for a quick lunch. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. A great location in the heart of Shinjuku. The bar and restaurant were great for craft beers and the food was awesome, particularly the wagyu burger.

I had an amazing stay here. I stayed here for 5 nights, following another separate night after my 3D trip to Kamikochi. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. They allowed to me keep my luggage in between my two separate stays. There are washer and dryer available, amenities for use. There are breads and hot coffee/tea in the morning for guests as well. The rooms are clean and the usual size like those in Japan but sufficient enough for me. Its a short walk to the train stations and 10min walk to the limousine bus stop if going to Narita. The hotel is also close 5-10min walk to the main touristy Shinjuku area and the shopping district. But also further away from all the noise and busy streets at night. A perfect location for me.

The room was as shown in listing description. I was probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, but I understand that this is common in Tokyo. We had twin beds side by side, a place to hang a few clothes, and room to open one suitcase. We stayed four nights and it was adequate space to sleep and bathe. The shower was nice and we loved the bidet (common in Tokyo). I appreciate the robe(s) provided. We are in our 70's and the step up into the bathroom was inconvenient and having to step over the tub for shower was inconvenient with no grab bars. This said, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again. The location was excellent.

The breakfast is very bare bones but it’s free so can’t complain. The staff are very helpful, rooms are great and great location in shinjuku. Would recommend staying here what you get for the price is amazing.
