This was my home away from home for my trip to Japan. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was always very clean and serviced regularly. The laundry room was very helpful to have on-site! If you are planning to stay here, that could help you pack less clothes than anticipated. The location is also great, as there is a shopping area within walking distance, including a grocery store! This was a lovely stay, I highly recommend it.

This room type size is sufficient for two people stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful, they can speak English. If have difficulty to understand, everything could be resolve with Google translate. Only few minutes walk to the train station, with AEON supermarket nearby. A good area, quiet, convenient. I’ll stay in this hotel again for the future visit.

Rooms are nice and tidy, staff are helpful. Especially during our check in, the reception staff Sara, being helpful, it was raining and she rushed out to the carpark and helped me applying the long term parking ticket. Really grateful for the hospitality. Hotel location is nice, close to a big mall. Good for self-driving travellers. Only have one thing to complain, the shower curtain have bed smell, that’s it. Overall i will come back for my next visit.

The room was very well kept, fresh towels were delivered every day to our door (we had the "do not need cleaning" sign on our door for the whole stay), staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was perfect near the Ariake-tennis-no-mori station. The check in was through a kiosk so you didn't have to interact too much with the front desk staff. You scan your own passport and given the key with detailed information of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was small, but had good tasting items for low cost. The staff were all friendly when encountered. The Ariake Garden Mall is a few mins walk from the hotel and had lots of restaurants and things to do inside. The room was clean, but slightly small even for a family of four with two young children. Good area to stay if you want to explore Toyosu.

I loved this hotel. We stayed here our last night in Japan before heading to Narita the next day. It was a wonderful change from the cityscape and the first portion of our fascinating trip to Japan. The aerial train tracks offering an amazing look at and winding through the incredible buildings leading into this area is worth the trip! We enjoyed dinner at the 5 level "mall", it's all we wanted, our trip was winding down. The area is in an event capital, so many young people after participating in their sport. The hotel was close to the train station, easy to get out in the morning.

Very good location to explore Odaiba, 5 minutes walk from station. There is a convenient store and shopping complex very near. It was impeccably clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable to sleep on and WiFi signal strong. They have everything you need really. Could have had a fresh orange juice for brekkie instead of machine drink but guess we cannot ask for that given how reasonable it is.
