Room was clean and staff was helpful. I was surprised the room did not have complimentary tea or coffee. The parking discount was very helpful. Connection to mall and onsen was convenient. Expedia’s offer to include onsen access at booking was also helpful.

For 4 people in the room, we had plenty of space Room is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, internet is very good, amenities are bountiful… It is just a little far from all the places we visited… uber/taxi were expensive But for the price we paid for 2 days stay is more than reasonable

The staff was very helpful and made a great effort to help with any accommodations we had. The hotel had plenty of amenities including laundry machines, a spa, restaurant, attached mall, etc.

Room was spotless and always had fresh towels and sheets to come back to the hotel with during the day. Staff made check in so easy, and helped with a heavy parcel I preordered before arriving. Check out is so easy also - card into machine and off you go. Really good location being close to two connecting train lines and multiple convenience stores within 5 minutes walk. Definitely an option if you are looking to halve your accomodation cost for a slight time sacrifice getting into the city and back when finished!!!

Good location. Easy access to 2 main train station route. Attached with the shopping mall is excellent with wide range of good food selection which better than expected. Hot spa at the same building was a plus, so comfort with reasonable charge and discount for hotel guest. Offer free shuttle to Ginza and Tokyo station but only got 21 seats which not easy to catch up. With 2 self-service laundry room make so convenience when travel kids that need to wash clothes often.
