This is a great basic hotel. They even have a gym. The rooms are small but comfortable. My only suggestion would be maybe an extra pillow. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall, we had a really great experience at Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. The ametities were great and the shopping mall directly connects to the hotel. There is also Ariake Station conveniently located next to this hotel as well. If you are visting Tokyo but don’t want to live in the city centre, I would highly recommend this place!

The room was spotless, the staff were very kind and helpful. Check-in is very simple and very fast. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The free shuttle service to Tokyo Station was a fantastic perk! Being connected to the Mall made it very easy to visit the vast food court and shopping area. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Great hotel to stay in, and clean rooms with great staff help. Close by Ariake station and other convenient stores and near a shopping mall as well. Definitely, recommend to anyone who is traveling to Tokyo Japan.

The property is next to the mall, very convenience, lots of restaurants in the mall. The train station is not too far away and there is airport limousine bus station nearby the Ariake Garden mall (to and from Haneda). The cost per night is very reasonable.

Location was super convenient with the theater, shopping center, and onsen all next door. Onsen is an extra cost, but discounted for hotel guests. So relaxing, clean, and the onsen even has tattoo covers inside available from the vending machines (light skin tone) in case you forget covers. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful :)

Our stay at Villa Fontaine was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after long days of exploring Tokyo. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with directions, transportation, and any questions we had. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get around the city. The rooms were well-maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was despite being in such a busy city. I would absolutely stay at Villa Fontaine again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable experience!

Excellent cost benefit! It's beautiful and luxurious, without exorbitant charges for Tokyo. Great location, easy, with taxi lounge, shopping and food court, spa all in the same complex. Large room. New in every way.

Amazing stay. Check-In was very fast. Warm inviting lobby as always. Staff at front desk very welcoming and warm as well. Restaurants in hotel and some in close proximity.... short walk to train station. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of options, no complaints…. Wonderful service as always. Gym facilities and equipment are enough to get by over your stay. Room is clean and well maintained. Lots of space for storage. Mini fridge, Hot water kettle in room and microwave next to vending machine in case you need. Fluffy towels and available body-wash, conditioner and shampoo are very good. Over an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you
