Room a bit small but for me its ok, it's only for sleeping. Nice place close to everything (transport, eating and Senso-ji shrine). Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back there.

No extra pillow, bath towel and facial towel are provided to the student guest. Bath towels and facial towels can be purchased at the front desk during check in, but not the pillow. I had no pillow to use all night since I gave it to my daughter. This is the most ridiculous hotel in Japan I have ever stayed. I will definitely not recommend to my friends.

Love the breakfast and amendities/toiletries they provide. Ensure to go early for breakfast to get the best food. They run out of the good stuff by 8am. Room is small and the king bed was not that comfortable (hard and can feel the springs underneath you).

I got a room not (fully) cleaned. There was hair on the table and trashes in the bin…unbelievable and never experienced… Even worse. I requested the hotel manager to follow up after I checked out. A week passed, no one from hotel even contact me. A completely frustrating experience.
