Amazing staff - very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the subway station and Ameyoko Shopping District. Great location in Ueno district of Tokyo. Close to the park, metro, commuter train, train station to Narita Airport, close to local shopping district. Family of four was in very small room with bunk beds (1 bed/person). Beds were fine but the space is tight with luggage. Quiet despite being in a busy area of the neighbourhood.

This was a great, well priced hotel for a one night stop over next to Ueno station which has a direct train to Narita. Hotel offered extra pillows, free coffee, tea, sweets and the room was clean. Bathroom was very basic and small but adequate for a short stay. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Great location, close to the train station and to the shopping area. The staff was super kind and welcoming. I recommend not taking big suitcases (in general for Japan) because the rooms are quite small, but with a carry-on luggage it is fine and the space is manageable! A lot of amenities, free coffee and tea, self-laundry and vending machines inside the building. Highly recommended, great value for money!
