Loved the whole experience the staff spoke English. Located easily to multiple subway lines commuting was easy lots of great places to eat. Breakfast had three restaurants to chose from from a set menu ..coffee station and tea available in the lobby. Loved the washing machine in the room made it easy to travel light Highly recommended

We stayed one night at this hotel, so we could hit the Tsukiji Market first thing in the morning. For that purpose, the location couldn't be better - we were right in the market & were able to beat the crowds with an early start! This hotel is a little off the beaten path - 15-20min walk to central Ginza & we cabbed our way to Shibuya, where we stayed for the remainder of our Tokyo leg. That said, the room was clean - albeit a little dated - and the washer/dryer was a huge plus (although it took me a minute to understand how it worked). The front staff was helpful & we were able to store our luggage downstairs after check-out while we explored the area, before we transitioned to our next location & that was VERY helpful.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was a typical size for a Tokyo hotel, but nicely put together, and the shower was excellent. The washer/dryer also worked perfectly, and allowed us to come home with clean clothes. The coffee in the lobby is free and available anytime, and was good quality! We didn't have any of the available breakfast, but considering the hotel is _in_ the Tsukiji market, there's no lack of fantastic food nearby. Very convenient for getting around, with quick access to the Hibuya and Ginza lines, and only a short walk to the heart of Ginza! Service was friendly, and they took care of requests for towel changes or service quickly. A great place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Tokyo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay Hotel. The location was very convenient for train access and to the market. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even allowed us to store our luggage a day before check-in, which was greatly appreciated. We also loved the hair dryer in the room, it was the best we’ve used. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we’d happily stay here again.
