We just ended our stay at Tokyu Stay Suidobashi and had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient with the language barrier. It was our first time in Tokyo and we are very happy to have stayed in a quieter area compared to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. It was so nice to come back to our quiet neighborhood at the end of our busy days. The bath tub in the room was nice and deep, which was nice to soak in after long days of walking. We were also able to store our luggage on the last day of our trip. In all it was a lovely stay with some nice basic amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in a quiet area. The staff spoke limited English but with Google translate the communication was not a big issue. The staff were wonderful: So friendly and patient and helpful. The washer/dryer combo in the room was so convient. I definitely would stay again during my next trip to Tokyo.

Great location, very close to a train station and to quick food if needed. The free coffee was a great addition, and the key card and elevator mechanism were better than some of the others I have stayed at in Japan.

This was our first stop/stay in Japan and the welcome from Sunny at the front desk was perfect. We had a long flight and a hard time getting out of the airport (brains weren't working well) and she got us checked in and explained everything clearly. It set the stage for a great trip. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place, close to public transport, amazingly friendly staff. Amenities were much better than average. The bed size was surprisingly ok for two people. On side is against a wall so it's a bit tricky to get out of that side. Room having a washing machine was very helpful.

The room was very clean and conveniently had a fridge, microwave and laundry which was a great help. The staff were very kind and helpful. The property was just a short walk from the metro stations (Suidobashi and Jimbocho) as well as the JR line (Suidobashi). I would definitely return to this hotel!

Location is relatively near train stations and convenience stores. Lots of places to eat nearby and being close to Jimbocho was a nice surprise. Jimbocho is the book town of Tokyo. It is walking distance from Tokyo dome- shopping, food and events place. For last minute shopping Don Quixote was so close too. Free coffee at the hotel was a treat. I love the Refa hair dryer! Consumable supplies were always available at the lobby. They received and stored luggage for you from luggage forwarders - big plus for us with so much luggage. Highly recommended hotel.

Perfect location if you are going to an event at the Tokyo dome. Washing machine is always a plus and Refa hair dryer is excellent. Very quiet surroundings but you still have some late dinner choices after event.

We had a microwave and water heater in the room. The hotel provided the best green tea and coffee. The neighborhood is super clean and safe. We walked to a 7 eleven at 4am. Love that it was close to a train station too!
