We loved this property. The only thing was that the surrounding area was not our favorite. It is extremely convenient to get around, but there is a hospital around so you will hear a lot of ambulances nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel just outside the center of Shinjuku. Being slightly removed from the busiest areas meant it was quieter and less crowded with tourists, which we appreciated. It was still in a great location—within walking distance to many spots and just a short subway ride to all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was a nice bonus. The only downside was that we weren’t able to get extra pillows when we asked, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great and we’d consider staying here again!

Rooms are more spacious than the average Shinjuku hotel and the big bonus is definitely having the laundry machine in the room, although having the laundry and dryer on did make the room smell funky and air thick. Great location and lovely staff who were able to extend my stay for an extra night!

The property was very clean and staff was helpful at all times. They speak pretty decent English if you need it. The breakfast that is available is very good and a great start to the day. They were prompt with ordering me taxis when needed. The propery is only a few blocks away from the heart of Shinjuku with shopping, food and nightlife! Would stay again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and delivered excellent customer service. The location was so convenient! While it’s in Shinjuku, it’s just outside the most active part of Shinjuku but close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants. There are also 2 train stations close by so we could avoid the big Shinjuku station if we wanted a more chill commute. There is also a Lawson, Family Mart, and a 7-11 on the same street/across the street or on the corner as well as a smaller Don Quijote within a short walk. Made our trip so much more enjoyable.
