Staff was friendly, property is updated and modern, there was a washer/dryer AND laundry detergent in every room we booked (we booked 3). The bathrooms are nice too. There is a coffee machine that has many options all day and night. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and train station. There is also a vending machine in the lobby. Great experience and I will definitely stay here again.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was clean and convenient. It is a little bigger than most hotels in Tokyo (the little hallway made a difference). They had great toiletries (the body scrubs were amazing) and the 24h complimentary coffees were great. The staff were so helpful in transferring my luggages. The Shimbashi station made it easy to get around the city. I would come back for sure.

The room was fine, amenities were good and washing machine was very handy but the hotel ad said "family friendly" and we were told that kids were welcome but only found out at check-in that cots were not available and safety guard rails were in limited supply. The breakfast buffet was also decent but again, no baby chairs were available so it was difficult having breakfast with a baby in tow. Another guest had their child squirming on their lap! Good hotel so long as you are not travelling with small children.
