The room was cute, but had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It was close to Shibuya station, close to the main city area but far enough from the noise. Beds were comfy, washer/dryer was handy, room was very clean and staff were friendly. I would definitely book here again on our next trip.

This was a great hotel. It was located in a nice location where you can easily grab an uber or taxi. It was a nice walk to the main attractions and there were plenty of eateries along the way that felt touristy and more local. The staff was beyond nice and easy to communicate with. The lobby includes a small coffee bar with a barista, free water (machine), and vending machines and fridges with food and drinks for purchase. The fridge and washer/dryer was great to have in the room along with the ReFa shower products and hair dryer.

Room sizes were good enough, they are very clean, staff is very helpful and location is central. The only point to note is the the hotel is on a slight slope so if you have seniors with you, like we did, it can be tricky to walk up the road every time you go out somewhere. But apart from that, this place is wonderful!

Modern and spacious room by Tokyo standards. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodated a last minute room upgrade. The lobby area was very spacious , comfortable seating area. Lots of restaurants, grocery store across the street. Quiet location, but minutes away from the busy Shibuya clubs, bars, and shopping Highly recommended, would stay again

Our room was great and the bed was comfortable. Was great to have a decent table and seating to eat at when needed. Staff were helpful with forwarding our luggage and general inquiries. Free coffee for each night we stayed was a nice touch, although I would have preferred complimentary water in our room. Only reservation for a return stay is the location. It is a little further away from the station than I would like which made getting around less convenient.

The Hotel Tokyu stay Shibuya is located 10-15 walking distance from Scrambling intersection and Hachico statue which is well-known places in Tokyo. Also, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and pharmacies around. The area is pretty busy, but the hotel is quiet and safe. The room is big enough especially for Tokyo, nice restroom and shower, not big but again not bad especially for Japan. The staff is great and welcoming.
