Great location just a few steps from shibuya station. Steet leading to the hotel is clean and quiet with a combini and several places to eat/drink. Staff were helpful and spoke plenty of English. Rooms were very clean and well appointed with the in-room wash/dryer being particularly useful. A fantastic base for our time in Tokyo.

When booking through Expedia, we were recommended a room with two twin beds despite including our children's ages. Fortunately, the hotel had availability to upgrade us upon arrival. The staff was incredibly helpful and even gave us a tour of the available room options so we could choose the best fit. Our week-long stay was extremely comfortable and convenient. It is located only a couple of minutes' walk from Shibuya Station, where we could easily access the main transport lines. The room was very clean, and the staff was very professional and always friendly. Our favorite feature of our room was the in-room washer and dryer combo unit. We were able to keep all of our clothes clean at our convenience throughout our long stay.
