Very nice hotel with great amenities, their breakfast was wonderful and so delicious. Small rooms but very typical in tokyo. We loved that it was only 2 min walk from the train station and it was so convenient. There’s also konbini and a pharmacy next to the hotel, lots of food options around the area. We will definitely book again.

We loved our stay here, everything was so clean and the staff were so helpful. We had many questions and they were very helpful and helped us forward our luggage to the next city. The breakfast was amazing, I looked forward to it every day. Having the Refa brand products and blow dryer was a huge plus as I have wanted to try them, and i was able to purchase a few hairbrushes at the hotel to my surprise. The room is small but I knew that and the dimensions were listed online. With that said it was very helpful to have a washer/dryer, the room amenities were great and the bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Great location, railway station very close. Hotel very clean, modern. Staff very pleasant, however some staff do not easily communicate in English, but still do their best to assist. Breakfast very good, recommend to order additional options in the morning available from their menu in addition to buffet. Rooms are a bit small, not a lot of room to easily place luggage on the floor and no closet to place clothes if you book the less expensive rooms. Over all we were very satisfied staying at this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was really good, especially the French toast and croissants. It was easy to get to the metro, and having a FamilyMart and Lawson nearby was convenient for snacks and drinks. The washer/dryer in the room was a big plus for our trip. We had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.

I've always loved the Ebisu area of Tokyo for a couple of decades now. Now with this hotel right in the heart of it, I can live there too! It makes it so much more convenient for me, almost too convenient. All my favorite bars and restaurants in Tokyo are located within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Will certainly be back.

The most amazing stay for our family. The modern hotel not only was a beauty with the interiors, but the staff and management delivered white glove service with a boutique-style warmth. Jiro, the manager, was so hospitable and tended to every question and need during our first visit to Tokyo. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a gourmet-level Italian menu in the evening. The hair products were RaFe, a luxury brand in Japan! Complimentary pajamas for each family member! We left our hearts in a Tokyo, but we know when we return next year, we will stay at Tokyo Stay Ebisu.
