Nice location, easy to get to the train and easy to find. The facilities and view were great and the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were fine - not spectacular for space (to be expected in Japan) and the bathroom wasn’t great compared to other facilities we had. Having a laundry facility and kitchen in the room was fantastic. Water and coffee were available in the lobby, which was good. We didn’t take advantage of the new reception area but would have enjoyed that if we had more time. Overall a good experience.

Staff and amenities were excellent, but room condition was not thoroughly clean upon arrival. We found trash under the bed and behind the nightstand. There were also stains on the couch, and the bathroom had black mold in the grout and drain and a bad smell. We let them know about the mold and they did a thorough cleaning of the bathroom which helped. We did appreciate the washer/dryer and mini kitchen in the unit.

The staff was nice and the room has everything you need (microwave, washing machine, fridge) making our stay very convenient. The location is also great, walkable to Shibuya, Omotesando, Harajuku, Roppongi, and more! However, the room was very small and some parts were dirty. The room is not routinely cleaned so stays between 3-4 days will not be comfortable.
