The room was clean. Spacios enough for 3 adults and 1 child. Had all the amenities we needed. It was also well ventilated.

Staff was efficient as soon as we drove up. We were greeted and she helped us with our luggage and escorted us into the hotel to check in. The rooms were spacious. The walk to the monorail was about a 4 minute walk and there was a Lawson right across the street in the Hilton . Dinner buffet was great . A lot of food to chose from . Definitely will stay there again in October

We had a beautiful sea view room and the products and collection offered in the room for toiletries were excellent. We could come back from a long day at the parks and have our own mini-spa night with everything that was available. Great products! Rooms were beautifully cleaned and refreshed, 10/10! I wish there were more options for food. Buffet seemed very over priced compared to other hotels we stayed (my kids are also picky so it seemed like a high price for us to pay for one or two things they would eat) and there were no other options around unless we took the train to Resort Gateway station - some great restaurants there if you do go to the station) The staff were great, especially since we don't speak Japanese they were patient and were awesome at making sure we had what we needed or when answering our questions.
