With a minimal understanding of Japanese the staff has been helpful, understanding, and professional. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent air conditioning. I have been coming here for 3 years and have never wanted to change locations.

Beautiful property and a great view of the Skytree. The room was nice and roomy. Loved that it had a safe in the room and was close to restaurants, shopping and the subway and bus stations. Really liked that it offered a Disney shuttle.

I stay here whenever I come to Japan. It's a very convenient location, the staff and helpful and, if you choose to get it, the breakfast buffet is really good. The Sky Tree is just a short walk from the hotel, Kinshicho Station is just around the corner and it even offers a free shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort (although it fills quickly so book in advance.).
