The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The nespresso in the rooms is awesome. Overall the hotel is much cleaner and nicer than many others we stayed in for more money. I accidentally double booked 2 rooms for 1 night instead of 1 room for 2 nights and the staff was super helpful getting that straightened out.

I recommend this hotel. Its price is affordable. it is clean with a very nice view at night. The buffet is excellent with so many varieties of food. it combines both asian and continental cuisines. the room also contains espresso making machine and they provide some espresso capsules. I had a very nice stay at it. one minor thing, TV is not smart.

I really appreciate the calmness, quiet room to sleep after an exhausting day of activities outside. The hotel staff employees are friendly, helpful with nice smiles always. Checking in/out is easy. Tmark was a great choice for our stay in Japan. The location was very convenient. There is a train station across the street, lots of hole-in-the-wall spots nearby, and the neighborhood is easy to navigate. Check out Zakuro (Shinagawa City) - a nearby izakaya spot. People were friendly, the menu was delish, and they accommodated English speakers. The room, while it appeared small at first, was just what we needed. We had enough space for all the luggage and shopping bags. The staff was friendly and professional. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the juice machine.

First time in Japan and I didn’t know what to expect when coming to visit and going to this hotel. So when entering you receive a very warm, genuine welcome and presented in a very clean, modern and elegant esthetic vibe. The staff was very helpful with any questions that I had. The room was very clean , well put together and quiet too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is coming to Japan.

For a Japanese hotel, the room are actually quite room and enough space to storage. Room are very clean, looks newer, staff is friendly and helpful. Metro station across the street. Not a whole lot to do around the area, business district, but plenty of places to eat. Good inexpensive option to base out of while exploring Tokyo.
