I always stay here when I am in Tokyo. The staffs are so professional and helpful. The atmosphere is so amazing and relaxing. The breakfast buffet is incredibly tasty with many varieties. Love this hotel.

We will be back to TSH this year due to the wonderful service we received from Ms. Hisakura and Ms. Okada. They both went above and beyond to help us find places according to our wishes and help us connect with the airline for troubleshooting. We had similar experiences with all the staff, they are very professional and personable. The food is also amazing along with the service. This location is also very convenient for shopping and commuting.

This hotel feels sophisticated and comfortable. The rooms are nicely designed with beautiful marble bathrooms. It was nice to come back to this peaceful environment after a busy day in this vibrant city. The staff were welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel
