This hotel is not only very clean and has friendly staff, but its overall I believe convenient if your flight lands in Haneda airport, especially if you are jet lagged it’s its help to know you have a hotel close by, or if you are departing from Japan back home I also recommend staying here that way you are on time for you flight.

Traveling for hours with a long layover in Tokyo I wanted a convenient and comfortable hotel, Royal Park was perfect being right at the international terminal. Staff were so hospitable to this weary traveler. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western cuisine in a relaxed setting with huge windows facing Mt Fugi. If I pass through again this is where I will stay.
