The staff was extremely friendly helpful and happy. The hotel was clean and well maintained. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station which was convenient. There was a nice gym, great hot tub and saunas. The lounge was great too. The room was nice.

This is my third time staying in this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the service is top notch. Shinagawa Station is a 5 minute walk. The restaurants are very good.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The gardens outside are lovely with an authentic tea house and a Japanese steak house.
