The staff are really ncie and helpful! The location is amazing! So close to Shibuya Scramble, Nintendo, Pokemon Center, Jump, and to the airport bus for Narita.

Good experience for a capsule style hotel. Was fun to try and the bed was comfortable. Showers and restrooms were good quality and kept clean. Main issue is the single elevator. Getting up and down would often take more than 5 min at a time, and it was always crowded. Overall, pretty good considering the nature of the hotel and the price.
