Nice patio with view on top floor with bar open late Rooms adequate and nicely furnished Lobby area adjacent to main check-in was nice adequate setting and nice views Nicely done breakfast welll worth additional fee There was actually nothing negative to report

Nice place for travel but still have room to impro

Past Tokyo family travel are stay in this hotel but this time clear can see the table are not clear, some area of the table in the hotel room is covered in dust.

Outstanding service. Hotel staff would greet you at any hour, call the elevator for you, hand out umbrellas during rain, etc. All were extremely friendly. Room was spotless witha great view and in the centre of the lively Shinjuku area. It’s a 1 minute walk from dozens of restaurants and shopping, and a few minutes walk to Shinjuku Station. Highly recommend.

Great location close to Senso-Ji, still without feeling all the tourist traffic. And very close to the Asakusa station, which is well connected to Haneda and many other key places. And the staff was very friendly since the beginning. Definitely will stay again here when I’m back!

This hotel was better than I thought! It's a great location and only a short walk from the station. The smaller/budget rooms are a decent size (compared to other hotels in Tokyo); the shower was excellent; and views from the hotel are amazing. Easy commute to Haneda Airport and to other areas of Tokyo on the Ginza line. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see. It’s a very walkable and safe area. The hotel itself was excellent. We booked the corner room with floor to ceiling windows. We enjoyed the view and faced the temples. The breakfast was excellent! Service at the hotel was exceptional. Highly recommend!
