The location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly polite, helpful, and kind. Our room was very spacious for a family of five, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The hotel is situated in a central area with numerous restaurants nearby, and it is conveniently located just four to five minutes away from the train stations. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the subway station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We booked a room for three people, and it was surprisingly spacious. The beds were comfortable, and having a washing machine and microwave in the room was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Tokyo.

Very nice staff. I can't say the hotel was the cleanest. Saw a mouse on the main floor lobby. The location was perfect. Akasaka is the best location on Tokyo in my opinion.

Staff is super friendly & can speak English. Our room was quite spacious & clean. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby as well as several Shrines within walking distance. The train station is also very close & easy to walk to.

Wonderful stay! Rooms are large & very nice & clean. Staff if extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel is located near many restaurants & subway station. My only suggestion would be that they get smart tvs so you can stream something other than just Japanese programs.

Great traditional Japanese location, strategic to metro stations, unlimited restaurants with variety , quiet comfortable hotel, exceptional friendly attentive and helpful staff, comfortable soft bed, self contained and everything worked well. Stayed on level 5 and was so quiet, one of the attributes I look for.
