Great, English speaking staff that were very helpful. Check in/out was very simple at the kiosk. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was larger than our last hotel, clean and great shower space. Would recommend for anyone looking for somewhere near Akihabara.

Amazing attentive staff willing to help with anything and made you feel comfortable and assist with any language barriers. Hotel is clean and modern and so close to major shopping in the Akihabara area. When I return to Japan this will be a definite repeat stay, and will recommend it to all my friends planning their trips Japan as well.

Our family loves staying at this hotel! This is the second time we’ve stayed and we will be returning again for a third time soon! The hotel is clean and modern. We love the location and proximity to all things in Akihabara. There’s also a Family Mart down the street which is really convenient.
