Amazing hotel. Cannot recommend enough. Very baby friendly, had every amenity that we needed and could order to the room via tablet. We stayed in the basic room and it was a great size, very clean and modern. Staff were super friendly, especially Leo on the front desk, he was very helpful with directions and recommendations for day trips and were to do. Overall brilliant stay.

Excellent location close to retail locations, restaurant, train and bus station. Can access directly from Haneda via Airport Limousine Bus and Narita Express via a short taxi ride to/from Tokyo Station. Service is excellent and room is comfortably sized by Japanese standards. Located within a 5 minute walk from Kinshicho station, the sKM Hotel and Dining was a pleasure to stay at. The staff were friendly and the room was very generous for the price. There is a Lawson and a Family Mart within 1 minute walk of the hotel and plenty of restaurants and shops also in the local area. Highly recommended!
