Room 1101 Spacious corner room with remote draperies on the 2 sides of glass window walls. Room was clean. Bathroom, super clean. Nice shelves and wardrobes to keep your belongings. Chaise along the glass window wall was favorite spot to relax with a nice view of the busy Ginza streets. Location is on the northwest end of Ginza towards Hibiya, so it's not right smack in the middle of everything, but still, it's only a short walk. Staff was very nice, helpful, and efficient.

Overall a good stay. I’ve stayed here before and returned this time because I love the location of the hotel. Still not a fan of the carpets in the room and the room felt smaller than I recall. Walls in the room had alot of scarf marking and it just made the place look dirty and not well kept. Staff were friendly and pleasant.

Very well located property very well preserved everything in good condition the staff was very good, the breakfast is top! I was a solo traveler and the room was so small that there was barely a place to put the suitcase. If you're more than one I happened to see one of those rooms and he was very decent in size. The gym very outdated could definitely use improvement
