IF you have a busy schedule outside of the hotel and you're basically just staying to sleep, then this hotel can be a great experience. The staff are universally excellent: polite, friendly and helpful. As many have already said, the breakfast buffet and the 4pm to 9pm drinks and snacks make the day much easier. Most importantly, the location near Tokyo Station can't be beat! BUT, if you need to spend a lot of time in the room: walls are paper thin, space is at a premium even for multi-person rooms, and furniture and accessories are aging.
