こちらで宿泊した際に決済を済ませてたのにも関わらずもう一度決済をさせられました。 更に予約してた部屋とは別の部屋に通されてとても不快でした。 不満だったので決済を済ませたことをもう一度決済する前に言ったのにも関わらずExpediaは先に決済はしないんですよ。なども言われました。 ホテル自体が良いだけに残念です。 二度と利用はしません。

朝一の羽田移動には便利なホテルです

JR・モノレール・地下鉄の駅から近く、近くに飲食店も多いので利便性がすごく良いです。 おまかせプランだったので、当日はロフト付きの部屋でしたが、清潔感があってベッドの広かったので居心地良かったです。ロフト部分は使わなかったんですが、子供と一緒に泊まるときには喜んでくれそうです。 フロントの対応も丁寧で気持ち良い接客してくれました。また利用したいと思います。

受付の方の対応がとても良かったです。 アクセスもJRとメトロの両方が使えて便利でした。 お部屋もきれいで、YouTube対応のテレビが最高！ お風呂とトイレがせまかったのが少し残念でした。
