The adjoining rooms were perfect for what we needed and allowed us all to be together but have two bathrooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. For us Americans, they seemed a bit tight, but after a day, we adapted perfectly. The location was central and excellent—close to the subway station. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

We had an excellent 5-night stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn (Roppongi). Check-in was smooth, staff were helpful, and we immediately appreciated the little touches—complimentary toiletries, face masks, extra pillows—all neatly arranged and freely available. It made us feel genuinely looked after. The room itself was spotless, air-conditioned, and incredibly quiet, making it a great place to decompress after full days out in Tokyo. It’s not massive, but more than sufficient for two people. We used the laundry facilities and arranged luggage forwarding with ease, which added to the convenience factor. Everything was just… easy. Checkout was as seamless as check-in. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-run Tokyo base.
