I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout, the location was convenient. The hotel room is a little snug but offered good value for the price. The only downside was breakfast-when arrived at 9:05 AM, nearly an hour before it ended, many items had already run out and were not restocked, leaving a very limited selection.

This room was plenty big for me as a solo traveler with one medium size suitcase. The bed itself was super comfortable, and I would consider reserving the same room with a partner. I loved the area as well. It was really close to Kinshincho Station, and one stop away from Tokyo SkyTree.

Great hotel ,the room was a great size double superior room for a family of four with two kids aged 7 and 8. Breakfast buffet was a good section, and worth the 1500 yen per adult . The only issue we had at this hotel was their was a glitch with the age of the children. The age of the children didn't come up on their system , as any children over the age of 6 was classified as an adult so an extra fee was charged per night of 1500 yen per child, other then that hotel was very good .

Great location, near o the rail, subway and bus stations as well as plenty of eatong establishments. Staff extremely helpful, aspcially with baggage forwarding. The only thing that let the room down was having two single beds rather than one double. Given that the room was very small, the extra space frm having a double bed would be really useful.

Great soundproofed room, very comfortable, though a bit small (but this is common in Tokyo). The buffet breakfast was surprisingly good given the price I paid. The area is great with lot of restaurants, shopping malls, department store. In particular the Seiyu department store has great precooked food and sushis. I actually had a few meals from Seiyu. The only downside is the carpet in my room was a bit smelly, but the odor went away once the housemaid did a room cleaning.
