Place looks a bit old but well-maintained. The staff were very helpful, especially helping us in getting taxi fast because the available uber was long wait. That showed concern from the staff with their guests. Lots of supplies - toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, razors, lotion, everything you need. The place is near the train station which makes it easier for commute.

The staff were absolutely lovely. There was a gentleman specifically (i didn’t get his name unfortunately) in the lobby in the early afternoon of 06/02 who was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect. Right next to a train station. When we were staying, the ac in the lobby area was getting worked on, so the elevators were a bit muggy. The ac in the rooms was good though. I felt as if the bathroom and carpeting were a bit outdated, but nothing horrible. I would stay here again if I were in Shinjuku.
