Staff were very friendly and were always willing to help with any questions we had. The rooms were nicely sized, with everything that you would need provided, as well as being nice and clean. Location is excellent, with many shops/stores/restaurants very close, plus there are multiple train stations local too. Would highly recommend this hotel to anybody thinking of staying in the area.

Solaria Nishitetsu Ginza was a pleasant stay at the end of our trip in Japan. The room was clean and it had a good size (especially comparing to other Tokyo hotels). Amenities were okay. The elevators could use with some cleaning and the breakfast was just okay. Thank you for a nice stay.

The hotel was wonderful! Staff were very helpful especially when we were trying to find a coin laundry and forwarding luggage to Aomori. The rooms were spacious for Japanese hotels. There was a water station on the hotel floor for easy refilling and the location in Ginza is close to everything.

The room was spacious, clean and the staff were very helpful. Location of the hotel was decent, fairly close to the Narita Airport Bus. About 8 minute walk. Would come back again next time I am staying in Ginza. We were headed to Lake Kawaguchiko for a night and the hotel was willing to hold our bag for one night as we were coming back the next day.
