狭いのと、いわゆる洗面所的な鏡と流しがないため、ヘアセットは不便。3泊以上は替えのタオルを渡すと書かれていたが、スタッフに会う機会もないため同じタオルを使い続けることに。ただ、東京エリアでこの宿泊費なら我慢できる範囲。周りは飲食店には困らない。キャッチが多いのでやや物騒。
