Very clean and new facility. I like how toilet and shower room are separate. It also has a bathtub and spot where you can wash your body along with it right next to the bathtub like a traditional Japanese residential homes

I’ve stayed here 4 times over 2 years for business and it’s been consistently good. Close to Tamachi Station and staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean, breakfast included had variety and was a mix of Japanese and North American style. I’ve stayed in a few places in Japan and we keep coming back here.

Place is clean and staff are nice. There are a few convenient stores nearby and walking distance to the JR train station about 9 minutes. The laundry facility is always busy and takes over 2hrs for a load. Would be nice if they put a seating area and restrict people from leaving their laundry in the machine for a long time. There is a sign to get your laundry promptly but there are people that don't care.

Place was very clean and convenient to several restaurants on the same street. Staff very friendly. Very close to the Tamachi train station which made it easy to travel to other parts of the city. I highly recommend this place.

check in horrible, not welcoming! cleaning system is awkward, you have to put your garbage and towels outside and collect the towels and plastic bags outside. got much better hotels in Japan for less.
